This User Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") is an electronic contract between the User and the Model "💦Kate Wank💦" and contains the rules of work on the Website at https://katewank.com/ (hereinafter - the "Website") and the terms of access to the Services provided by the Model. Before starting to work with the Site, the person - user of the Site ("User") must carefully read the described terms and conditions and accept this Agreement. If the User does not accept the Agreement and is not obliged to comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, he/she should immediately stop using the Site.

Model reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update and change the text of the Agreement without notice to Users. The new version of the Agreement comes into force immediately after its publication on the Website. The User is obliged to independently monitor new versions of the Agreement. Continuing to use the Site after the changes come into force, the User automatically accepts the new version of the Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms of the new version of the Agreement, he/she should not use the services of the Model.

1. Introduction

1.1 This agreement governs the relationship between the User and the Model for the Services provided by the Model to the User and supersedes all prior agreements between the Model and the User on this subject.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1 The subject matter of this Agreement is the Services provided by the Model, described on the Model's Website.

2.2 The Model offers its Services to all Users who are at least 18 years of age.

3. Rights and obligations of the Parties

3.1 The Model has the right to suspend, cancel the Services in progress, demand additional payment or provide the Services regardless of the User's presence, if the User uses or demands unpaid Services provided by the Model or interferes with the performance of the Services or preparation for them.

3.2 The Model has the right to suspend, cancel the performed Services, demand additional payment or provide the Services regardless of the User's presence, if the User violates the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3.3 The Model has the right to demand additional payments or to charge them independently for the use of unpaid Services when paying for subsequent Services.

3.4 The Model has the right to deduct funds from the paid Services in favor of the unpaid ones at the User's request or independently, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Website.

3.5 The Model has the right to replace unprovided Services at the User's request or independently, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Website.

3.6 By using the Site and Services, the User confirms that he/she agrees with these Rules and accepts the terms of the Agreement, the User has reached the age of 18.

3.7 The Model has the right to block the User's accounts in messengers and social networks without the right to restore them, if the User uses defamation, libel, threats or blackmail against the Model, spam, falsification, obscene content, bidding, begging, as well as if the User offers real meetings, wastes time, refuses services, uses the Model's content for commercial purposes, records the provision of services by the Model, as well as in case of violation of the Agreement.

3.8 By accepting this User Agreement, the User confirms that he/she understands the principles of the Model and accepts full responsibility for all risks and losses associated with the use of the Site.

3.9 The User has the right to transfer the Services only before they are rendered, but not more than 2 times.

3.10. The User has the right to replace the Services only before they are rendered, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Site.

4. Model Services

4.1 The Model offers only virtual Services.

4.2 The Model provides its Services only on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.3 The Model provides its Services only if they are fully prepaid.

4.4 The Model offers its Services according to its schedule.

4.5 The Model reserves the right to refuse the Services unilaterally prior to payment.

4.6 The balances of the Services suspended due to the User's fault are not subject to transfer or refund.

4.7 The Model is not responsible for the User's achievement or non-achievement of the result that the User expected to achieve by using the Services.

5. Cost of services

5.1 The tariffs are determined by the Model and published on the Model's Website. The Model has the right to change the tariffs without further notice.

5.2 Model is not responsible for the customer's expectations of changes in the rate plans and the cost of the Services.

5.3 The Model is not responsible for the amounts paid above the price of the Services indicated in the tariff. These amounts will be considered as tips.

5.4 The Model is not liable for the amounts paid by the User who has not familiarized himself with the cost of the Services.

5.5 The funds donated by the User do not imply the provision of Services.

5.6 The funds paid by the User for the Services are non-refundable.

6. Guarantees and liability of the parties

6.1 The Model guarantees the performance of its obligations to the User to the extent of the Services described on the Website.

6.2 The Model guarantees the fulfillment of its obligations to the User within the terms described on the Website or specified by the Model personally.

6.3 The Model guarantees and ensures the confidentiality of information about the User and his/her operations.

6.4 The Model shall not be liable for any damage caused to the User, even if the possibility of such damage was known in advance.

6.5 The User agrees that the Model is not responsible in case of communication breakdown or Internet outage due to the User's fault, as well as in case of force majeure.

6.6 The User warrants that he/she is the owner of or has authorized grounds to dispose of the funds used in his/her transactions, bank transfers, etc.

6.7 The User undertakes not to falsify transactions, bank transfers, etc.

6.8. The User undertakes to familiarize himself/herself with the cost of the Services described on the Website.

6.9 The User is obliged to pay for the Services in full before they are rendered.

6.10. The User undertakes to pay for the Services at the rates described on the Site or indicated by the Model in person.

6.11. The User undertakes to expect the provision of the Services by the Model within the terms described on the Site or indicated by the Model personally.

6.12. The User is obliged to demand performance of the Services or to use only those Services which he has paid for.
